OUR FACTORY
Eastman is located in Dazhaoying Industrial Zone, Xinxiang, Henan, which covers an area of 37296 square meters. And the total staff employed exceeds 800. In 2021, we exported about 3000000 pcs garments to different countries.
Eastman Garment is one of the leading garment manufacturing factories in Henan. Since our establishment in 2006, we’ve been dedicated to providing global users with reliable and certified clothing to protect their safety in the workplace. To meet the safety needs of different workers, we are continually expanding our product lines. Now we can provide different kinds of workwear (coverall, pants, vest, etc.) and personal protective clothing (flame retardant coverall, anti-static suit, high visibility parka, etc.). OUR PRODUCT
Now our product categories cover different types of workwear and personal protective clothing, such as flame retardant clothing, anti-static clothing, electric arc-rated protective clothing, oil-resistant clothing, waterproof clothing, acid-alkali resistant clothing, chemical protective clothing, etc.
PRODUCT APPLICATION
Our garments are widely used in oil fields, gas stations, construction sites, welding, mining, offshore, warehousing, public safety, transport, manufacturing, chemical and mechanical, etc.
BRAND
WORKLEADER is a new workwear brand launched by Henan Eastman Garment in 2019. This is the first step in our transformation journey from traditional OEM production mode to creating our own brand.
With more than 31 years of experience in the garment manufacturing industry, we’ve built our own supply chain. From raw material to finished garment, every step is under our control. We’d like to utilize our expertise in the garment manufacturing industry to ensure our protective wear meets the ever-evolving demands of workers across multiple industries.
Rooted in Henan, serve the global. We hope our brand will be a trusted brand for workers from different industries. In the future, WORKLEADER will be their first priority for their workwear. We strive to be a leading safety solution provider for workers and we want to be the guardian who keeps them safe at the workplace. We know that there is still a long way to go but we’ll never take a step back.
HISTORY
1991Our director Mr. Wang and his partners established Shenzhen Yufang Garment Industry Co., Ltd. in Shenzhen, Guangdong, which is the predecessor of Eastman Garment.
2006Mr. Wang founded Henan Eastman Garment Manufacture Co., Ltd in his hometown, Xinxiang, Henan.
2009The factory scale was expanded to 3100 square meters and obtained ISO 9001 certification.
2012We adjusted our development strategy and enter the special personal protective clothing industry. In order to provide workers with high-quality FR garments, we obtained UL and TUV certifications for our FR garments. In the same year, due to our production scale being expanded continuously, we moved to the second factory.
2015We built the third factory in Dazhaoying Industrial Zone. We also got the Sedex Authentication.
2019We launched the WORKLEADER brand. This was the milestone in our transformation. We were starting to create our own brand.
2022We’ll keep moving. We’ll continuously deliver perfect garments to workers from all over the world and protect their safety in the workplace.
THE MARKET
Our garments have been exported to many countries and districts all over the world, such as Europe, North America, South America, the Middle East, and so on. We annually exported 150 X 40 FCL.
PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT
With 30+ years of experience in production, we have a full-fledged team and equipment. From fabric to garments, we all use an intelligent machine. For example, Fabric inspection system, Cloth paving machine, Automatic Cutting bed, CAD system, Keyhole machine, Sewing machine, Overlock sewing machine, Ironing machine, Needle detector, Auto pocket machine, Pattern machine, Heating transfer printing, Heat sealing machine, etc. We have high efficiency and low cost in this way.

Products are shipped from and returned to the manufacturer. Due to heavy demand and shortage of supply, there is a service fee for all product exchanges and returns, which is 20%-30% of the purchase amount (minimum $25 per order).

We have obtained certifications from UL, TUV, OEKO-TEX 100, CE, ISO 9001, and Sedex etc. And our products can meet the standards of NFPA 2112-2018, NFPA 70E, ASTM F 1506-2020a, CAN/CGSB 155.20-2017, EN ISO 11611, EN ISO 11612 and EN 1149 etc.
